Complete the Texas License to Carry classroom portion online at your own pace.

This course includes the required online classroom instruction and written examination. After successfully completing the online course, you will receive your LTC-104 training documentation.

You may then complete the required handgun proficiency/range portion with Keeper & Legacy or with another qualified Texas LTC instructor.

How It Works

1. Register for the online Texas LTC course.
2. Complete the required online classroom instruction.
3. Complete the written examination.
4. Receive your LTC-104 training documentation.
5. Complete the required range proficiency portion with Keeper & Legacy or another qualified instructor.
6. Submit your required documentation to the State of Texas.
